EJ257 · FA20 · 4G63 · 4B11 — PARTS & CALIBRATION

Boost and grip parts for Subaru and Mitsubishi

Turbo hardware, clutches, coilovers and ECU work for cars that get driven — then measured on the dyno before they go home.

01 — WHY THE DETAIL MATTERS

A boost target is a chassis decision, not a number

A 4G63 that pulls hard and a 4G63 that puts the power down are two different cars. Clutch capacity, fuel delivery, oil control, spring rate and tyre choice all move together — change one and the rest has to answer for it. That is the order we work in: measure, choose the part, then calibrate.

The habits come from formula-level engineering — data logs before opinions, one variable at a time, everything written down. Applied to a street-driven WRX or Evo it means fewer surprises on a cold morning and a car that still behaves on a track day.

02 — RANGE

Three groups of parts we know cold

GROUP A

Induction and boost

Turbo assemblies, manifolds, front-mount cores, intercooler piping, wastegates and boost control solenoids for EJ, FA and 4G63 platforms. Gaskets and studs supplied with the kit, not as an afterthought.

GROUP B

Drivetrain and clutch

Organic, ceramic and twin-plate clutches matched to your torque figure, plus lightweight flywheels, gearbox mounts, axles and diff hardware for Evo and STI drivelines.

GROUP C

Suspension and brakes

Coilovers with sensible street rates, adjustable arms, sway bars, bushes, big-brake kits and pads chosen for how you actually use the car — commute, hills, or timed laps.

STEP 01

Baseline

Health check first: compression, boost leak, fuel trims, log of a full pull. No parts go on a car with a fault hiding underneath.

STEP 02

Part selection

You get the shortlist and the trade-offs — spool versus top end, street pedal feel versus clamp load — then you choose.

STEP 03

Fit and log

Torque figures recorded, sensors verified, fuel and knock logged on the road before anything sees full load.

STEP 04

Calibrate

Dyno session, then a cold-start and traffic check. You leave with the log files and the map notes, not just an invoice.

Can you supply parts without fitting them?

Yes. Tell us the platform, the current setup and your power goal and we will quote the parts alone, with the fitment notes you will need.

Will a turbo upgrade need new fuel hardware?

Usually. Once the compressor moves past the stock map, injectors and pump come into the conversation — we check headroom in the logs before quoting.

Do you work on Evo and STI gearboxes?

Clutch, flywheel, mounts, shifter hardware and diff work, yes. Full internal rebuilds are quoted case by case after inspection.

Is a tune included with the parts?

Calibration is quoted separately, because the work depends on what changed. Anything that alters airflow or fuelling gets recalibrated before the car is handed back.

Send the build list. We will price it properly.

Platform, current mods, power goal, how the car is used. That is enough to start.

Parts enquiries, fitment questions and dyno bookings all come through the same form. Include your build list and we will come back with options rather than a single price.
